The Jokhang Temple: The Jokhang Temple, one unit of the important cultural relics to be specially protected is the spiritual center of Tibet, the Holy of Holies, the destination of millions of Tibetan pilgrims.



Tashilhunpo Monastery: Tashilhunpo Monastery, as the seat of the Panchen Lama, is one of the Six Big Monasteries of Gelugpa in Tibet and the biggest Tibetan Gelugpa Buddhism monastery in back Tibet area (Shigatse area). One can find the the world’s biggest statue of sitting Maitreya Buddha within.



Namtso Lake: Namtso Lake means ‘Heavenly Lake’ is famous for its high altitude and beautiful scenery. Namtso Lake is the biggest lake throughout Tibet, also one of the three sacred lakes in Tibet.
